His goal is to enrich professionals' lives, starting at the very beginning of stylists' careers as an enthusiastic promoter of beauty education.
He "walks his talk" in everything he does. He shares his unique perspective for not only surviving -but thriving- in the beauty business in the 21st century.

Johnny Amico started working in the salon as a child and in 1978, at the age of 12, he was working in the John Amico Professional Haircare product warehouse.
He later attended beauty school and worked as a salon manager.
After graduating with a bachelor's degree in marketing from Bradley University, he worked as the

Vice President of a 175-unit national salon chain. He later received his MBA in Finance from DePaul University, and is currently the president of
John Amico Professional Haircare. John Amico Jr. has devoted his 35-year career to enriching professionals' lives through beauty, goodness and business systems.

Rhonda Murphy-Davis is the Educational Director for John Amico Professional Haircare. She presents classes monthly teaching product knowledge, color theory and special applications (lightening, toning, balayage, etc.) of BiovitaShine Color from Italy.
Rhonda will be teaching several breakout sessions on hair color techniques and she will also reveal several NEW products at this year's Chicago Chicago event!

Ivan holds multiple Guinness World Records for the most haircuts completed in a single hour, focusing on high-speed, highly structured techniques. He is a prominent educator in the pro-beauty industry, famous for his "Be a $100,000 Haircutter" philosophy. He has authored numerous books dedicated to barbershop success, including Ivan Says... and The Professional Haircutter's Pricing Playbook.

Andrew Eagly has been a stylist in Midland Michigan for 26 years and a salon owner for 5 years. He received his Cosmetology degree from In Session Arts of Cosmetology Academy and his Bachelor of Cosmetology Business Management from Michigan State University. He was an educator with the Regis Corporation for 10 years and an educator at Bayshire Beauty Academy for several years and still teaches as needed. He now devotes his time to being behind the chair and leading his team at The Hair Loft Salon & Express Spa in Midland.
